These Designs were created during my MBA program at the Haute École de Joaillerie, were we were tasked to relaunch an brand, and I was in charge of product development. For this theme, I chose to be inspired by René Boivin floral designs, especially the volume his pieces achieved.
Using the peony flower for inspiration as they are known to symbolizes honor, and renewal, and feminine beauty. Choosing irregular cut portrait diamonds as contrast for the petals to give a more slightly modern feel, which surround a cluster of colored diamonds at their center.
